No. All Blob Lab designs are protected under copyright law. Your purchase does not give you the right to sell or distribute the digital files in any way.

Please contact the seller for issues regarding physical prints. All responsibility for the physical product lies on the manufacturer.

Usually this means that you are printing too hot or have insufficient cooling. With PLA try printing cooler with a nozzle temp at 210c and bed at 50c. You can also try printing slower and with maximum fan speed. If that still doesn't work try lowering the temp down to 200c and 40c.

1. Make sure your build plate is clean, even oils from your fingerprints can make prints come loose.
2. Try adding a brim. I use a 5mm brim with a .15mm gap for easy removal. Brims are especially helpful when printing small parts like eyes, flexi tails, or scaled designs.
3. I recommend using a smooth PEI or SuperTack build plate as those seem grip better than the standard textured plates most printers come with.
4. If your print is popping off close to the build plate it might mean your overhangs are curling up, try lowering the hotend temperature to 200c and build plate tempurate to 45c.
5. If your print is popping off higher up, try slowing down the print speed.

Designing the perfect fit is a difficult task since every 3D printer and filament has slight variations. Even the color of filament or the weather can affect the fit of parts. See below for ways to troubleshoot.

1. Make sure your printer is calibrated. You should consult your printer's forum/guide to dial in the accuracy.
2. A quick fix is to try scaling parts up or down by 1% or even less to see if they fit better.
3. A better fix is to adjust the x-y compensation by + or - .1mm for a similar effect.
4. If parts are too loose add a drop of superglue.
5. If parts are supposed to move but stuck, make sure you aren't printing with supports. Supports can clog up joints. Also make sure you are printing cool at 210c or less.
6. Also check the instructions of a design to see if there are any exceptions or other tips.

• 0.12mm High Quality @BBL A1 - I use this layer height system preset as a base for all my high quality prints, for quick prints I use the 0.20mm Standard.
• 210c nozzle temp
• 45c bed temp - I use the SuperTack cool plate
• scarf seams - I occasionally use "scarf joint seam > contour" and "scarf around entire wall" to minimize seams
• 3 walls - add more strength when you can
• 15% gyroid infill
• 50 mm/s outer wall speed - for high quality prints and better overhangs

Most models use 3 x 10 mm cylindrical neodymium magnets. You can check what magnets and other supplies a design needs by reading the instructions or viewing the Amazon store. If you scale prints you'll need to purchase the matching scaled magnets and test to see if it's still functions as desired.

Yes most designs can be scaled up or down by 25%. Feel free to push the limits and test further.

Most designs have custom eyes to fit different head shapes and sizes. Some designs that are a series like the Plants or Rocks share the same eyes. Check the description of the design to see if it shares eyes with another series.

• Please include "designed by Blob Lab" on each listing. This helps customers find Blob Lab products by searching.
• Please take your own photos. This will ensure customers know what they are getting since your filament colors and print settings may be different. You can use my photos as supplementary if needed, although I may change this rule if it becomes an issue.

• Small modifications to add keychains or magnets are okay. Please do not make large modifications like changing the shape or proportions of characters. If you are unsure, please reach out for confirmation.

• You know your store better than me, so there are no hard rules here. But Blob Lab designs are meant to be high quality art toys and therefore I believe they should be worth more, especially if printed in high quality multicolor and small layer height.

• You have full control of this, but I really enjoy matte prints since the layer lines almost disappear and it looks more like a traditional vinyl art toy. Also I think the black eyes with the white highlights make Blob Lab designs iconic and recognizable, but feel free to swap the eye colors if you feel differently.

One of the benefits of being a Patreon member is you can download the past three months of designs at no additional cost in the Current Designs collection. Designs that are older than that are considered "Archived". This means that they are no longer included for free with your monthly membership. However, members can still download these designs by purchasing them separately in the Patreon Shop tab. Members also get an additional discount code which is found in the Member Hub.

Additional Notes:
- The past three months are counted as full months excluding the current one. For example: If it is July 15th, any designs that were released from April 1 - June 30 will be available to download with your membership.
- Any design that is updated or fixed becomes a Current Design allowing members to redownload the new updates at no additional cost.
- Purchasing any design on the Shop tab allows you indefinitely access to those files regardless of your membership status.
- Designs are not archived for Blob NFT collectors. NFT collectors can download all the designs in the discord.
- The archive system is in place due to the constraints of file sharing on Patreon. We hope to eventually transition to a better system in the future that will please everyone.
