Usually this means that you are printing too hot or have insufficient cooling. With PLA try printing cooler with a nozzle temp at 210c and bed at 50c. You can also try printing slower and with maximum fan speed.

Try adding a brim. I use a 3mm brim with a .2mm gap for easy removal. Brims are especially helpful when printing small parts like eyes, flexi tails, or scaled designs.

Designing the perfect fit is a difficult task since every 3D printer and filament has slight variations. The first thing to try is to make sure you are printing dimensionally accurate parts. You can print a 10mm cube and measure it with some calipers to ensure it's 10mm on all sides. If not, try consulting your printer's forum/guide to dial in the accuracy. If your printer is already accurate you can try scaling parts up or down by 1% or even less to see if they fit better. Lastly for fixed parts, a simple drop of superglue is a quick and easy solution to attach parts.

I use the 0.12mm High Quality setting in Orca slicer. I also print with matte PLA at 210c. Lower temperatures make the PLA look less shiny and give the designs a more vinyl art toy look. I've also been trying scarf seams in Orca slicer which hides seams better.

Most models use 3 x 8 mm cylindrical neodymium magnets. If you scale prints you'll need to purchase the matching scaled magnets and test to see if it's still functions as desired.
